Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead teams, solve problems, and keep operations running at peak performance.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• •Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• •Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP
• •Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
• •Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
• •Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.
• •Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.
• •Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors
• •Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
• •Step in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activities

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

• •Enforce Sibelco’s safety standards and lifesaving rules
• •Lead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.

• •Strong experience in industrial maintenance environments
• •Hands-on experience with conveyor systems
• •Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order management
• •Welding and fabrication experience
• •High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• •Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• •2-5 years of maintenance experience required
• •Good communications skills.
• •Basic electrical maintenance skills required, 480vAC/3/60 a plus.
• •Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• •Self-starter who can succeed with limited supervision
• •Detail oriented with proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• •Ability to work in a dusty environment.
