Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Metrology Leader & Process Owner (f/m) to join our Quality & Manufacturing Engineering team, based in Toulouse, France.

You will join QMD working alongside Central ME as global authority for metrology and process owner framework. We are looking for a visionary leader to drive measurement transformation, modernise equipment, and empower a transnational engineering community toward zero-defect manufacturing .

Your challenges:

• •Own the global measurement framework aligning with ISO 10012, ISO 17025, and EASA regulations.
• •Lead the "Future Metrology" project defining roadmap, budget, and deployment of modernised tooling.
• •Manage the Process Management Team (PMT) across international FALs and manufacturing plants.
• •Implement Measurement Decision Rules to diminish technical non-conformities and concessions.
• •Act as global authority representing Airbus Metrology before aviation bodies such as EASA.

Your boarding pass:

• •Background in Engineering, Quality Management or related field with strong precision metrology background.
• •Proven track record in leading complex, large-scale transnational projects autonomously (10 years min)
• •Deep understanding of ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025 standards and EASA regulatory guidelines.
• •Strong executive engagement skills capable of influencing VP/SVP stakeholders.
• •Negotiation level of English (proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is beneficial).
