Mid Day shift: 10a-6:30p- plus overtime

Start rate of $23.00 Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.

Monthly Incentive Bonus based on performance

Job Responsibilities

• •Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• •Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities.
• •Conduct and document audits of the receiving and put-away processes, and assist with both internal and external audits.
• •Maintain inventory accuracy, adhering strictly to established protocols and standards.
• •Guide quality assurance processes, tools, and quality standards with industrial teams to achieve flawless outcomes.
• •Develop and improve reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
• •Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
• •Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures, detailing results in the required format.
• •Coordinate data for technical documentation to enable the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies, crafting continuous improvement impacts.
• •Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• •Ensure regular and reliable attendance to support team and operational success.
• •Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the team.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• •Previous experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• •Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• •Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• •Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• •Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• •Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• •Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

$15.00 - $34.66 -

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
