Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden in Straufhain eine/n Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d):

Ihre Aufgaben / Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten nach Vorgaben
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Lieferscheinen
  • Organisation und Anmeldung von Speditionen
  • Durchführung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen
  • Erfassung und Buchung von Waren
  • Beschaffung Betriebsmitteln , Werkzeuge und Materialien
  • Bearbeitung von Telefonanfragen und E-Mails
  • 25-35 Stunden in der Woche

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • Selbständige und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
