Ihre Aufgaben:
- Produktionsanlagen einrichten und umrüsten (Tuben-, Kartuschen-, Flaschen-, Beutelfüller etc.)
- Einfahren/Inbetriebnahme der Produktionsmaschinen unter Beachtung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
- Dokumentation der Einstellparameter
- Störungsbeseitigung, Dokumentation von Fehlerursachen
- Optimierung der Maschinen, Prozesse und Abläufe
Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Schlosser, Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Einrichten von Maschinen
- Fähigkeit mechanische, elektronische und pneumatische Abläufe und technische Zusammenhänge an Maschinen zu analysieren.
- Selbstständig, sorgfältig Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht)
