Herzlich willkommen bei der DEKRA Arbeit. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Industriemechaniker / Schlosser (m/w/d) bei unserem Kunden in Schneverdingen in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an modernen Produktionsanlagen
  • Analyse und gezielte Behebung von Störungen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung kleiner Projekte
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
  • Begleitung von Neu- und Umbauprojekten sowie aktive Mitgestaltung unserer zukünftigen Produktionsprozesse

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich
  • Zuverlässige, teamorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem (gelegentlich Nachtschicht) – mit planbaren Arbeitszeiten für eine gute Work-Life-Balance
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Schweißer-Prüfungsbescheinigung von Vorteil
