Role & Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage micro to macro influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms aligned with our youth-focused audience.

Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns—from briefing and content co-creation to performance tracking and ROI analysis.

Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation structures with creators while maintaining brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.

Track and report on campaign performance using UTM links, promo codes, and platform analytics to optimize ROI and amplify reach.

Build and maintain a scalable influencer database, mapping creators by niche, engagement rate, audience demographics, and past campaign performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth, and Product teams to align influencer narratives with platform messaging and user journey goals.
