Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Steuerung der Umsetzung von Informationssicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß ISO 27001
  • Anpassung der Sicherheitsprozesse an regulatorische Anforderungen (NIS2, CRA, BSI-Grundschutz etc.).
  • Vergleich und Harmonisierung verschiedener Standards und Normen, um Doppelarbeit zu vermeiden.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen, IT, Compliance, Digitalisierung und Management.
  • Koordination von Aufgaben, Terminen und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb des ISMS-Projektes.
  • Aufbereitung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Statusupdates für unterschiedliche Stakeholder.
  • Unterstützung bei Risikoanalysen und Identifikation von Sicherheitslücken.
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und deren Wirksamkeit.
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Verfahren im ISMS.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeiter.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 27001-Norm und Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von ISMS
  • Umfassende IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke, Systemadministration, Sicherheitslösungen, IT-Prozesse
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen wie NIS2, CRA, BSI-Grundschutz, DSGVO oder vergleichbaren Standards
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Koordination
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
