InfraDelivery Install Technicians will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. - Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Working in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments
- Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 10+ hours a day
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
This role supports data centers in various operational stages. The position may be assigned to a facility still under development, which could require travel to established locations for training until your designated site becomes fully operational.
- Essential Requirements:
- Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations across the region as needed
- Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational
- Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility
- Candidates must be able to travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites as required by business needs.
- Key job responsibilities
- An Infrastructure Nights Technician III is responsible for supporting data center infrastructure build and deployment during night operations. In addition to meeting the physical and essential requirements outlined above, the technician will:
Prep work: Print labels, and label/prep cables and other materials in preparation for install activities.
Rack installation: Support rack install activities including BBU installations, working with pre-staged server racks, server rack moves, and related tasks.
Cabling support: Perform cabling installation tasks as assigned, assist with high-demand and time-sensitive cabling needs, and complete assigned workloads within expected timelines. This includes routing, dressing, and terminating cables to standard, supporting breakout and optic installations, and ensuring all work meets quality and labeling requirements.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Basic qualifications
- - High School diploma or equivalent
- - 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles
Preferred qualifications
- - industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+), or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering)
- - Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
- - Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
