Buscamos a alguien que conozca de memoria cómo funciona la operación diaria de cobranza de una AFP: cómo se detecta una deuda, sea por DNP o por una mora presunta que termina en DNPA; qué plazos corren desde la detección; cómo avanzan la cobranza prejudicial y la judicial; y con qué contrapartes se interactúa en cada etapa. Alguien que pueda explicar cómo funcionan estos procesos en la práctica, no sólo cómo los describe la norma.

Tu misión será traer esa experiencia operativa al equipo y trabajar codo a codo con ingeniería para construir software que resuelva estos procesos de forma robusta. No necesitas programar, pero sí necesitas poder hablar el mismo idioma que el equipo tech y traducir la complejidad regulatoria y operativa en requerimientos claros , incorporando cómo funcionan estos flujos en la vida real, no solo en el papel de la norma.
