Buscamos a alguien que conozca de memoria cómo funciona la gestión de los 7 tipos de cuentas de una AFP: cuáles cuentas y subcuentas hay, cómo se abonan y cargan, qué registros contables y auxiliares deben llevar, qué reglas las rigen y qué reportes se generan. Alguien que pueda explicar cómo funcionan en la práctica, no sólo cómo los describe la norma.

Tu misión será traer esa experiencia operativa al equipo y trabajar codo a codo con ingeniería para construir software que resuelva estos procesos de forma robusta. No necesitas programar, pero sí necesitas poder hablar el mismo idioma que el equipo tech y traducir la complejidad regulatoria y operativa en requerimientos claros , incorporando cómo funcionan estos flujos en la vida real, no solo en el papel de la norma.
