# Job Beschreibung

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagements in Onshore-Netzausbauprojekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Verfahrensanweisungen, QS-Checklisten und QM-Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung effizienter und stabiler Programmprozesse
  • Überwachung von Quality Gates und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Projektleitung
  • Identifikation, Modellierung und Implementierung programmspezifischer Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Durchführung von Lessons-Learned-Workshops
  • Förderung eines sicheren Arbeitsumfelds für Mitarbeitende und Auftragnehmer

# Job Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Infrastruktur-, Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagement, idealerweise in Projekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SharePoint
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
