### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Vertrags- und Schadensangelegenheiten
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Vorbereitung von Vertragsunterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Versicherungspartnern

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Versicherungs- oder Finanzbereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Innendienst oder in der Sachbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
