The Innovative Medicine TPO – Data Insights & Emerging Capabilities is responsible for the overall strategic direction for enabling AI powered capabilities to enhance our Deliver systems in order to ensure we provide an integrated, efficient, and secure experience for our customers and patients. The TPO will collaborate with Senior Business and Technology Leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver solutions in line with our autonomous supply chain strategy. This individual will require a strong mix of leadership skills with business and technical acumen to drive measurable value aligned to our vision and technology product roadmap. By implementing user centric industry leading strategies in areas of design and rapid prototyping, we will deliver products with speed and agility to meet the needs of the customers and patients we serve. Driving a culture of innovation with a focus on developing talent will be key to ensure team members are in tune with emerging industry and technology trends.
Responsibilities:
· Evaluation of emerging technologies in the Deliver space as input into our overarching Deliver technology strategy
· Drive integration strategy to provide an integrated ecosystem with Commercial and Supply Chain systems to ensure a connected and seamless experience in support of our customers and patients.
· Collaboration with business partners to understand business requirements as well as with the AIDA (Artificial Intelligence and Data & Analytics group) to define a data and analytics and emerging tech strategy for Deliver in line with our Supply Chain Value chain.
· Partner with Deliver Technology Product Managers to ensure their respective product roadmaps incorporate innovative Proof of Concepts with an eye towards implementing and scaling across the global Deliver landscape.
· Partner with our Technology Services and AIDA organizations to continually evaluate the health of the technology solutions and ensure we are providing modernized and reliable technologies for our Deliver organization.

Key attributes of the role:
- Technology Product Strategy: Partner with Technical Product Managers to incorporate leading technologies into their respective product roadmaps, demonstrating measurable improvement in business value. Must effectively balance discovery and delivery to drive innovation and value. Product roadmaps to be based on continuous improvement aligned to evolving business strategy, integration of industry leading technologies, and product lifecycle management. Leader must have ability to manage organizational capacity against product demand. Products must be delivered with quality, at scale, while meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations.
- Business Analysis: Identifies and analyzes business need to fully understand scope of opportunity while ensuring proper acceptance criteria is defined. Experience delivering innovative digital solutions to modernize core distribution and warehouse platforms supporting global strategy delivering measurable business value across enterprise product delivery, experience with government regulations and contract process, user-centric design techniques with understanding technology trends in business analysis for this role.
- Technical depth: Technical scope of knowledge includes a broad understanding of Distribution and Customer Ordering solutions with continual exploration of leading technologies, including artificial intelligence.
- Continuously learn via research, collaboration with technology vendors, IT Architecture and attend tech events to get ahead of the curve and proactively being new relevant capabilities to the product line
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain or other relevant field; (Master's degree is preferred)
· 2+ years of Supply Chain experience is preferred
· Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions applying Agile delivery methodologies required
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
· Self-motivated leader that can collaborate effectively across teams with an ability to deliver measurable value
· Product Management experience is required
