Key Responsibilities

• •Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
• •Identify and engage potential clients across the US staffing market.
• •Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
• •Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• •Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• •Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
• •Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and activity targets.

Required Qualifications

• •Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience .
• •At least 1 year of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry .
• •Experience in US Staffing or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• •Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
• •Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
• •Willingness to work during US business hours.

• •Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions to US clients.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
