Your Responsibilities

• •Proactively work with Account Managers in developing new opportunities in order to increase sales and grow market share
• •Provide a quick, efficient response to all enquiries
• •Process all post, email, telephone responses, negotiate and close business
• •Investigate and resolve customer problems
• •Manage and review customer forecasts and logistics
• •Contact suppliers and Abacus Asset department for quotes and prices

Qualifications & Skills

• •Fluency (oral and written) in English and Slovenian is mandatory
• •Experience from internal sales, ideally from sales of electronic components
• •Personable and driven
• •Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel; SAP knowledge would be an advantageous, however full training will be given
• •Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
• •Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
• •Attention to detail
• •Time management skills
• •Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• •Be result-oriented and service minded
