El Inspector QHSE asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares del SIG: seguridad y salud en el trabajo, calidad, inocuidad, medio ambiente y seguridad física y patrimonial, en todas las actividades operativas. Su rol es clave para identificar riesgos y desviaciones, proponer mejoras y mantener los procesos bajo control. Trabaja 100% en piso acompañando a la operación, realizando inspecciones, registros y acompañando al personal para fortalecer la cultura de seguridad y garantizar el cuidado de las personas, los productos y la infraestructura.

Responsabilidades:

Auditar el estado de la carga en el ingreso y despacho, considerando temperatura y estado de calidad de la carga.

Tomas temperatura y sensores de cámaras frigoríficas.

Responsable de realizar inspecciones diarias en toda la planta, acorde al plan de trabajo de inspecciones.

Requisitos

Tecnólogo QHSE/SST/Calidad

Manejo nivel usuario Microsoft Office

Conocimiento en sistemas integrados de gestión

experienci mínima 6 meses en cargo similar en planta de productos y proceso de alimentos.
