  • SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
  • This position provides administrative and technical support to the Installers at Construction Resources. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. A willingness to work in a team environment with the Operations Team is necessary. In addition, the Install Crew Manager role will be responsible for coaching and training Installers and Helpers.

Essential Functions

Manage Installation Teams.

Manage customer service issues as they relate to service, scheduling, and quality control.

Manage Repair Schedule and Repairs Team members.

Improve interface between Commercial Installation group and facilitate an efficient use of installation resources.

Assist sales staff with scheduling information.

Additional Duties:

Ensure completion sign offs for each job.

Train Install Team on proper techniques

Complete safety training and ensure safety compliance with Install Team

Coordinate job status updates with Install Scheduler

Trouble- shoot specific problems as they are assigned.

Conduct scheduled meetings with Install Team to review processes and best practices

Relay job information to SOPT and the Operations Team

Competencies/Skills/Abilities

Must be well versed and experienced in the countertop manufacturing and installation

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to work with staff at all levels, inside and outside of the organization

Strong communication skills; ability to speak and write clearly. Understands confidentiality

Strong customer service skills; enjoys solving problems

Strong skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Work experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments would be helpful
