Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for inventory availability and inventory health, optimized via improved in-stock position, inventory turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and shrink. Drives initiatives to improve customer experience, enable new capabilities, and reduce waste. Answers complex business questions and makes decisions by querying and analyzing large data sets. Works with internal teams to build automated tools and process improvements that will drive scale and reduce error.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation. Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) proficiency in business intelligence, including creation of complex queries using SQL, validation of data sets, and distillation of data into actionable insights; (2) proficiency in Excel, PowerPivot and complex data sets; and (3) experience communicating results to senior leadership.
