The Opportunity:

Integrated Master Scheduler is needed for CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting the Morrigan Prototype program. The candidate will work as a member of CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting programsthe Morrigan Prototype program. Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedule that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities:

  • o Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure.
  • o Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • o Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.
  • o Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
  • o Ensure contract WBS is properly updated and current.
  • o Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMS
  • o Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
  • o Process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS and/or cost management reporting
  • o Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
  • o Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies.
  • o Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
  • o Actively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis.
  • o Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
  • o Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • o Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business) or high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent a discipline combination of education and work experience may be substituted that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity.
  • o IMS creation and scheduling experience
  • o Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments
  • o Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
  • o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • o Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
  • o Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
  • o Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
  • o Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
  • o Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • o Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
  • o Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • o Consistently demonstrates a high attention to detail.
  • o Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Desired:
  • o Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment
  • o Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessments
  • o Experience on large-scale development projects
  • o Experience with Earned Value Management
  • o Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
