Aufgabengebiet

  • Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen sowie Bearbeitung der daraus resultierenden Folgeprozesse
  • -Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Durchführung und Autorisierung von Zahlungen
  • -Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten
  • -Durchführung von Buchungen im Hauptbuch, insbesondere Abgrenzungen und Dauerbuchungen
  • -Betreuung und Verwaltung des Fuhrparkmanagements
  • -Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen
  • -Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Cash Forecasts sowie Übernahme verschiedener Sonderthemen
  • -Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung im Bereich Debitoren

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R/3
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • -Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -Hohe Flexibilität sowie eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
