Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung vom Rechnungseingang bis zur Zahlung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten
  • Klärung von Differenzen und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. CODA von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss)
  • Erfahrung im elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr (S-Firm von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Handelsrecht (HGB) sowie in der Rechnungslegung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (von Vorteil)
