Job Description Summary

Job Description

• • Work with interior Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines
• • Compile and create technical benchmark for Student Accommodation projects
• • Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects
• • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and Middle East

• • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• • Strong flair for designs and aesthetics
• • Analytical & detailed individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
• • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up
• • Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months
