About the role

在这个现场实习岗位中，你将为部门提供行政支持，协助确保各类信息和文件得到准确、高效的处理。你的主要工作内容包括：

• •协助部门系统信息核对
• •协助部门登记和更新相关信息
• •收集整理部门文件、资料、记录等
• •以规范、准确的方式归档文件

About you
