About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• •Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• •Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
• •Help analyse gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
• •Participate in requirement review sessions and workshops.

System Integration Testing (SIT)

• •Assist in creating SIT test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• •Execute SIT test cases and document test results.
• •Identify, log and track defects using Azure DevOps tool.
• •Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.
• •Support regression testing and ensure system stability.

Documentation & Reporting

• •Maintain up-to-date documentation for requirements and test artifacts.
• •Prepare basic reports on test progress, defects and issues.
• •Ensure proper version control and traceability between requirements and test cases.

Job Requirements:

Education

• •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science/Business Administration / Business Analytics/Software Engineering or related fields
• •Candidates should be in their final semester of study.

Skills & Competencies

• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• •Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle)
• •Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• •Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have

• •Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• •Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge
• •Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• •Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio)
