Primary Responsibilities

Support IT project managers with project planning and execution, encompassing schedule maintenance, task tracking, and monitoring key milestones and deliverables.

Maintain clear project documentation and communication by recording meeting minutes, maintaining status trackers, and briefing stakeholders and IT teams on progress.

What You're Working with:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to track tasks, maintain documentation, and manage competing priorities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, ask questions, and provide timely updates.

Basic understanding of IT systems and project management concepts; familiarity with monday.com, Apple devices and macOS, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Willingness to learn, support ongoing projects, and gradually take ownership of small projects with guidance.
