What You’ll Be Part Of

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented intern who can commit to at least three days per week for a longer-term internship. You’ll handle daily routine tasks such as order entry, data verification, and meeting coordination, ensuring smooth operations within the team.

What You Will Do

• •Efficiently query global ATP (Available-to-Promise) and verify system pricing information to ensure orders are accurately and promptly entered into the system.
• •Manage the process of accepting and entering SAP orders into the system.
• •Assist in tracking the monthly/quarterly sales team’s progress toward targets, and conduct regular progress updates.
• •Support meeting preparation, as well as organize and archive meeting minutes.
• •Complete other tasks assigned by management, and actively collaborate with the team on ad hoc projects and daily operational matters within the department.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• •Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher.
• •Proficient computer operation and internet skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP system experience is preferred.
• •Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and careful attention to detail.
• •Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

Fluent spoken English and hands-on experience with data analysis tools will set you apart.

Bonus Points if You Have

• •Maintain focus when handling repetitive tasks and consistently produce accurate, detail-oriented work.
• •Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. And can manage routine processes efficiently.
