• ABOUT THIS ROLE
• Audible is seeking a proactive, strategic, and creative communicator to join our Global Internal Communications team. This role serves as a communications business partner to senior leaders across one or more business functions — developing and executing strategy, surfacing stories that connect employees to our mission, and providing counsel to leaders on how they communicate with their teams. This role will help to engage and inspire employees across the globe through compelling storytelling, data-driven content strategies, and agile collaboration with leaders.

• As an Internal Communications Busines Partner, you will...
• - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on proactive and reactive messaging, leadership visibility, and executive communications
• - Develop and execute communications strategy that connects employees to business priorities — through a clear cadence of meetings, newsletters, and engagement moments, and in partnership across Corporate Affairs, Brand, Marketing, Finance, and People teams
• - Surface stories that build pride and connection — translating business topics into compelling content across channels and formats
• - Lead messaging for organizational change initiatives with clarity, empathy, and consistency across cultures
• - Leverage AI tools to increase impact; design feedback channels to keep strategy responsive; use data to evaluate and refine

Basic qualifications

• - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• - 8+ years in internal/corporate communications in a global, matrixed environment

Preferred qualifications

• - Background in marketing, finance, or business communications
• - Adept with emerging communication technologies including AI
• - Change management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
