At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.
Those in corporate finance at PwC will provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions and optimise their capital structure. You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Undergraduate students in 5th Semester majoring Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no classes left
- GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
