Inventory Associate

Servco Toyota Honolulu Pre-Owned is looking for an Inventory Associate to help us stay organized and manage our inventory of vehicles. This is a great entry level auto dealership position that could lead to advancement opportunities in our parts, sales or service departments!

Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory vehicle list across the dealership, including organizing and maintaining the key system

Ensure the dealership lot is organized appropriately and vehicles are presentable

Produce accurate and timely purchase orders for vendors

Process vendor invoices in a timely manner

Maintain vehicle reconditioning logs

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum one year of clerical experience

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Automotive knowledge, inventory, and Craigslist ad creation experience a plus
