Job Summary

Ensure all inventory adjustments, related service issues, other financial issues, and discrepancies are researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Schedule and conduct second cycle counts
• •Review daily Materials Movement Exception report and Goods Over Receipt reports and reconcile discrepancies. Perform adjustments to correct financial errors. Record and report information via correct documentation.
• •Manage all assigned error queues using various systems
• •Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary
• •Investigate service failures and customer complaints. Create RGA’s and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct inventory.
• •Assign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with SOPs
• •Conduct audits of receiving functions including put-aways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Assign errors for SOP compliance errors in these functions.
• •Effectively communicate with various levels and teams within the company to resolve discrepancies.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Certification / Licensure:

Work Experience:

2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility. Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$23.25 - $33.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
