The Job
As an Inventory Coordinator , you’ll be part of our Distribution Centre Operations team. You’ll get to:
- Review and investigate all customer claims entered in the Salesforce portal.
- Update and maintain claims spreadsheets, reports, and related records with a high level of accuracy.
- Support the workload of the cycle counting team as required.
- Create and deliver training materials for key product and process updates.
- Provide timely responses to operational queries from internal stakeholders.
- Investigate orphan stock, missing stock, and other stock discrepancies.
- Conduct stock investigations in partnership with relevant stakeholders, including NOSIL.
- Identify root causes of customer claims and partner with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
- Continually review policies and processes to drive proactive improvements in order accuracy and quality performance.

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Experience in root cause analysis, investigation, and resolution of operational issues.
- Strong administration and reporting skills, including confidence working with Excel.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage confidential information, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
