The Role

As an Inventory Employee, you play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory within our warehouse operations. You will support daily inventory management activities, investigate stock discrepancies, perform inventory controls, and maintain accurate data in both SAP and WMS systems.

Working closely with Operations, Warehouse teams, and Customer Service, you help ensure smooth warehouse processes while contributing to continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and system knowledge will help drive reliable inventory performance for our customer, Philips.

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• •Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• •Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and WMS.
• •Support stock control activities and monitor inventory integrity.
• •Maintain and update master data and product-related information.
• •Analyse inventory data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• •Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
• •Ensure compliance with operational procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.

What You Bring:

You are accurate, analytical, and proactive. You enjoy finding solutions, working with data, and collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve the best results.

In addition:

• •You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• •Experience in an inventory, warehouse support, or logistics administration role is preferred.
• •Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
• •Knowledge of SAP is required.
• •You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •You are comfortable working with data and inventory-related processes.
• •You communicate effectively in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• •You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a continuous improvement mindset.
