Investigate stock variances: Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and shrinkage, implementing preventative corrective action plans.
Stock aging & capacity planning: Oversee inventory aging management, product slotting, putaway strategies, and storage capacity optimization.
Inventory disposition: Partner with Commercial, Inbound, and Outbound teams to manage slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory disposal and liquidation processes.
Process compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal audit guidelines.
