Co-op Program – Marketing Intern, Global High Net Worth Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our Global High Net Worth (GHNW) Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting regional brand initiatives, customer experience programs, thought leadership content, and marketing campaigns targeting affluent and high-net-worth clients across Asia, with a special focus on the Middle East.

The successful candidate will work closely with the GHNW business leaders, regional marketing leaders and market teams, gaining exposure to brand strategy, customer insights, wealth and insurance product marketing, content development, integrated campaign execution, and hands-on martech execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives designed to engage affluent and HNW customer segments.
  • Conduct research on emerging wealth, longevity, health, and lifestyle trends impacting HNW individuals.
  • Assist in identifying insights that can strengthen customer propositions and marketing programs.
  • Benchmark competitor offerings, loyalty programs, wealth ecosystems, and customer experiences.
  • Assist in developing presentations, articles, communications, and marketing content.
  • Support content creation for events, social media, digital channels, and internal communications.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.
  • Conduct research to support thought leadership themes related to wealth, health, longevity, and legacy planning.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitor research across key Asian markets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage martech platforms such as the distributor website, customer website, public website, Marketo and RedOak (compliance)
  • Liaise with market teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Support administrative and operational aspects of marketing projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in branding, wealth management, insurance, luxury, or financial services.
  • Experience with content creation, social media, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager a plus
  • Fluency in Chinese a plus
