We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Trademarks IP Admin Team in Belgrade. About you - experience, education, skills and accomplishments

  • Proficient level of English
  • Advance in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have…

1 year of experience working in the IP field

  • 1 year of experience working in a client facing roles
  • Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent

Familiarity with Argos renewal management

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Managing foreign Trademark/Design portfolio and constantly improving related processes
  • Coordinate projects and project teams. Responding to inquiries from clients regarding various Trademark/Design protection issues
  • Working with a team to oversee filing and maintenance of foreign applications and registrations; Supervising prosecution and maintenance deadlines
  • Coordinating and managing Trademark/Design filings and maintenance worldwide; conveying and drafting instructions to foreign counsel related to Trademark/Design matters; supervising outside counsel to assure deadlines are acquired; Direct filing and maintenance of national, regional and/or WIPO filings and prosecution of such filings and managing the correspondence with the competent national, regional or WIPO office
  • Supervising portfolio status charts; supervising portfolio reports. Supervising summaries and periodic status reports of IP matters for clients. Supervising and improving the upgrade of procedures and modifications in applicable laws and working with foreign counsels to ensure that law requirements are kept up to date in IP management system
  • Overseeing execution and legalization of documents (such as Powers of Attorney) for submission. Reviewing outgoing invoices for accuracy; Reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracy
  • Performing other duties and special projects as necessary — may involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Identifies and communicate data inconsistencies outside standard guidelines and rules; analyses and remedies them and reports findings and solutions to appropriate stakeholders

About the team

As part of the broader Operations team, the Trademarks IP Admin Team in Belgrade plays a key role in executing a wide range of Trademark and Design-related tasks. Working closely with experienced paralegals and senior team members, the team supports critical stages of the IP lifecycle from start to finish — including applications, registrations, recordals, and renewals. Guided by established workflows and Standard Operating Procedures, we ensure precision, consistency, and excellence in every step of the prosecution process.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
