Salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• •Expert Irrigation Service : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.
• •Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property.
• •Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations.
• •Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.

• •Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• •Experience: 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair.
• •Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must.
• •Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions.
• •Driver’s License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
