## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden in allen Fragen der täglichen Systemnutzung unserer Selbstbedienungslösung »eCMS-Suite«
  • Umsetzen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen aus dem Kundenfeedback und Entwicklung und Abstimmung innovativer und nachhaltiger Lösungen mit unseren Kunden.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Entwicklung und dem Fachbereich des Kunden
  • Mitwirken bei Analyse, Planung und Vorgabenerstellung für die Programmierung
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Testplänen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Durchführung von Abnahmetests im Kundenumfeld vor Ort

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Bezug oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. zum/zur Fachinformatiker/-in)
  • IT-Affinität, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstark und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamplayer
