  • bearbeiten technische Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support sowohl vor Ort
  • als auch per Fernwartung Administration von Benutzerkonten und
  • Passwörtern über Active Directory Unterstützung bei verschiedenen
  • IT-Projekten Betreuung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur inklusive
  • Netzwerke und Kommunikationssysteme Profil Sie haben fundierte
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, vorzugsweise im Vor-Ort- oder
  • Deskside-Level-2-Support Ihre Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows 10 und
