## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation von Inbetriebnahmen und Servicearbeiten im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Mitarbeit an Konzepten für zukunftsfähige IT-Systemarchitekturen
  • Unterstützung bei Cluster- und Redundanzlösungen zur Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit
  • Erstellung von Pflichtenheften sowie Integration neuer IT-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme
  • Administration von Lifecycle-, Patch- und Release-Management im Server-, TK- oder Netzwerkbereich
  • Anwendung von Systemüberwachungs- und Steuerungsprogrammen (Monitoring)
  • Durchführung von 2nd-Level-Support sowie Unterstützung im Troubleshooting
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Dokumentation und IT‑Richtlinienkonformität (ITIL)

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Netzwerken, TK-/UC-Systemen und IT-Security
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Netzwerkadministration
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Hochverfügbarkeitskonzepten
  • Solide ITIL-Kenntnisse und routinierte Arbeitsweise nach definierten IT‑Prozessen und -Richtlinien
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie sichere Kommunikation mit Fachabteilungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
