  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), structured cabling, and fiber connectivity
  • Hands-on experience in structured cabling standards and fiber routing/coordination
  • Working knowledge of access control systems and building-related IT technologies
  • Knowledge of IP telephony systems configuration and administration
  • Understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts
  • Familiarity with mall technologies such as Footfall solution, POS systems, guest Wi-Fi, and digital signage
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and telecom providers
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and first-level application support
