IT Procurement Intern (APAC)

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027

Job Description:

The Procurement Intern will gain exposure to various tasks relating to sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and procurement risk. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.
• •Assist in the update of Procurement database and tools to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• •Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies.
• •Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• •Assist in resolving Procurement issues.

Job Requirements:

• •Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
