IT Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Project Coordinator based in the United States.

• This role supports the IT Project Management Office and contributes to enterprise digital transformation initiatives across complex technology environments.
• You will help Project Managers coordinate delivery while ensuring strong project quality, SDLC governance, testing, and documentation.
• The position brings together business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, analysts, vendors, and technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
• You will play a key role in planning and coordinating end-to-end testing, including system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• The role combines project coordination, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and technical testing expertise.
• You will work across both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies in a fast-paced environment where organization and attention to detail are essential.
