  • Koordination und Begleitung von internationalen Go-Live- und
  • Hypercare-Aktivitäten Durchführung und Unterstützung von
  • End-User-Trainings sowie operativer Support während der
  • Hypercare-Phase Erstellung von Management-Reportings, Statusberichten
  • und PowerPoint-Präsentationen Unterstützung bei Testplanung und
  • Testdurchführung mit SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM und
  • ServiceNow Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Defects, Findings,
  • Action Items, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten Vorbereitung, Moderation und
  • Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie Unterstützung bei der Transition in
  • den Betrieb DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Erfahrung in der
  • IT-Projektkoordination oder im IT-Projektmanagement Erfahrung mit
  • Go-Live-, Rollout-, Hypercare- oder Transition-Phasen Kenntnisse im
  • Testmanagement Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP Solution Manager, SAP
  • Cloud ALM und/oder ServiceNow Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und MS
  • Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung in
