Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

  • Aufgabe:
  • Ganzheitliche Service-Verantwortung: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den Lebenszyklus der Teamcenter-, NX- und CAM-bezogenen IT-Services.
  • Service-Steuerung: Sie definieren und überwachen SLAs sowie OLAs in enger Kooperation mit den beteiligten Teams.
  • Incident- & Problem-Management: Sie stellen einen effektiven Support sicher, führen Ursachenanalysen durch und leiten präventive Maßnahmen ein.
  • Release-Management: Sie steuern die Release-Zyklen in Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung und den Fachbereichen.
  • Optimierung & Budget: Sie überwachen die Systemkapazitäten, planen Erweiterungen und wirken an einer kosteneffizienten Budgetplanung mit.
  • Dokumentation: Sie erstellen und pflegen die relevanten Prozess- und Konfigurationsunterlagen.
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes, mindestens 4-jähriges technisches Hochschulstudium (z. B. M.Sc. Wirtschaftsinformatik).
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im PLM-, CAD- oder CAM-Umfeld sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen mit.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit Siemens Teamcenter und NX ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Teamfähigkeit, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab.
