  • Unterstützung der Anwender im täglichen IT-Betrieb Mitarbeit bei
  • Rollouts, Migrationen und internen IT-Projekten Pflege von technischen
  • Dokumentationen und Lösungsbeschreibungen Ihre Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder User Support Gute
  • Kenntnisse im Windows- und Microsoft-Umfeld Erfahrung mit der
  • Installation und Administration von IT-Endgeräten Idealerweise
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen bzw. IT-Service-Prozessen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte
  • Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Ihre Benefits
