Stellenanzeige: IT-Service-Techniker (m/w/d) – Außendienst

Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten IT-Service-Techniker (m/w/d) für den Außendienst.

Aufgaben:

  • Vor-Ort-Support bei Kundinnen und Kunden: Diagnose und Behebung von EDV-Problemen
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungssoftware
  • Einrichtung und Fehlerbehebung von Netzwerken (LAN/WLAN, Router)
  • Kundenberatung und -schulung im Umgang mit Hard- und Software
  • Dokumentation der Einsätze

Anforderungen:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer, freundlicher Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Grundkenntnisse in LAN/WLAN und Router-Konfiguration
  • Erfahrung in Installation von Betriebssystemen und Software
  • Führerschein Klasse 3 (oder äquivalent)
