Ihre Tätigkeiten: 
 
* Sie unterstützen unseren Kunden mit folgenden Aufgaben: 
* Intensive Kundenberatung- und betreuung vor Ort 
* Unterstützung im Second Level Anwendersupport 
* Verkabelung und Anbindung von Netzwerkgeräten 
* Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung von Störungen 
* Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von IMACD-Services 
* Dokumentation aller anfallenden techn. Tätigkeiten 
Unsere Anforderungen: 
 
* Abgeschlossene techn. Berufsausbildung und oder Umschulung 
* Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position 
* Gute Kenntnisse im Second Level Anwendersupport 
* Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse- und behebung 
* Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IMACD-Services 
* Erfahrung in den gängigen Tools von MS Office 
* Gültiger PKW-Führerschein (wünschenswert)
