IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Installieren, konfigurieren und betreuen von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Eigenhändiges Analysieren von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft von Kunden
  • Unterstützen im IT-Support und Beantworten von Fachfragen
  • Eigenständiges Erarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen für IT-Herausforderungen
  • Bewältigung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei fachlichem Eskalationsmanagement
  • Dokumentieren der Arbeitsschritte

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. zum/zur IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder alternativ Vorerfahrung im IT-Support oder einer verwandten Tätigkeit
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur SÜ2
  • Referenz : 26-1328
  • Einsatzort : Hamburg
  • Auslastung : Vollzeit
  • Start : asap
  • Dauer : 6 Monate + Option
  • Beauftragungsart : Arbeitnehmerüberlassung + Option auf Übernahme
