IT Servicetechniker (m-w-d) in Ottobrunn

AUFGABEN
 
* Second Level IT-Support für Soft- und Hardwarelösungen 
* Onsite Support in der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, iOS, Drucker sowie Netzwerk und Telekommunikation 
* Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets sowie individueller Projektaufträge
KENNTNISSE
 
* Ausbildung bzw. Studium im IT-Umfeld oder mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung 
* Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Betriebssysteme und in iOS 
* Kenntnisse der aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.) 
* Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, IP Telefonie und mobile Endgeräte) 
* Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Patching) 
* Erfahrung mit Windows Active Directory
